League is powering the digital transformation of employee healthcare for clients such as Uber, Unilever, and Shopify, with its patent-pending enterprise OS technology. As one of Canada’s fastest-growing scale-ups, they needed a scalable digital ecosystem to power their product.

League’s website required marketers to push code each time they wanted to publish content, leaving their marketing and technical teams at odds. The team approached Crowdlinker to remove the technical roadblocks, putting their marketing team in control of their site, and their technical team in control of their web app.
League’s static site gave them a back-end infrastructure that marketers couldn’t use, leaving them reliant on other teams.
Basic tasks such as publishing a blog could take anywhere from 2 hours to 1 week and required on-demand technical support. This led to slow content delivery, affecting lead generation & web conversion.
To help relieve pressure from technical and marketing teams, our developers separated League’s marketing site from their core product platform and redesigned their entire web structure.
We built an intuitive new marketing site on WordPress, and moved all pages and components into a CMS to allow marketers to manage things autonomously. We implemented Gutenberg Blocks for creating new pages quickly, giving them their own no-code solution for the future.
For better analytics, we implemented GTM and advanced tracking, then integrated Pardot CRM with Salesforce to help generate, capture, and manage leads for the sales team.
We optimized League’s SEO, allowing them to rank for branded and non-branded keywords, and created localization and regional structures, giving them the ability to redirect users based on geo-location.
We were able to give League’s marketing team control over website copy, media assets, and publishing new pages with a limited degree of technical expertise.
By reducing the learning curve for the marketing team to work on their website, the time to publish and update content decreased from hours to just minutes.
Due to improvements with user flow and increased content updates, the new website recorded higher time on site. League’s Marketing website is now the #1 source of interaction for the business to track and report objectives for the marketing team.
